58 Motivational Quotes For Work (Ignite Your Work Motivation)
Motivation is the only thing that keeps you going. What motivates me to work hard, is wanting or needing the results of my work. I find I am motivated to work hard towards things I want or need and for the life we want. If I try to work towards things I don’t want or need, I have problems with lacking motivation, procrastination, distraction, and many other things.
If motivation becomes a problem it may be signifying the need to reconsider wants and needs because these may have changed meaning. The effort is being directed towards things not wanted and why motivation problems have arisen. Different people get motivated because of different reasons. The important part is to always keep those sources of motivation in mind and whenever any situation lets you down, think about people and those situations that motivate you and you will see that some different kind of energy will transcend your body.
